On Oct 12 at 5 PM, (at BIFF), all the directors with their films under the Vision category sat down for a discussion under the title of “Dreaming about Movies”.
GHS came to BIFF because her movie was invited to have screening at BIFF. It is about Saimese twins starring,,,(you know this already).
An audience commented that Nam SamMi seemed to represent the persona of the movie’s director . GHS said that Nam is her friend and she has actually wrote the script with Nam in mind. (Nam said in one of the BIFF open stage interview that GHS made it very comfortable to act even from the script itself. Nam added that she felt like the speaking parts were as if somehing that she would have said herself. ) GHS said that it is an honor for her to be thought to resemble Nam Sang Mi.
Why did you pick Peach out of all types of fruites? Peach has many connotations: it is thought to scare away monsters; peach comes out in Sam Gook Ji; peach also makes one think of a baby’s bottom..To GHS, peach was visualized as she thought about brotherly story.
GHS also said that JoSeungWoo and Ryu DukHwan had hard time filming due to their special make-up.
GHS feels overwhelmed and pressured when she is told that she is multitalented and as a person who is envied by others.
GHS does not want to act in her own films. She feels that she is not talented enough to do both at the same time.

On the 8th, the second impromptu screening took place and GHS had GV.
Onthe 9th, she had to go to Seoul. On the 10th, she started back to Busan at dawn in time for the 2pm GV. People’s request for GV with director of Peach Tree had been hitting the roof. So even though it was not in her schedule, GHS decided to attend all her screenings and the GV following it.
